What we look for in a trainer
The best trainers check the source before they trust a claim, know which rule or guideline applies, and write explanations a colleague could act on.
You will do well if you
- Have studied or worked in law, a clinical profession or a health science
- Can explain why an answer is right, and which rule, authority or guideline makes it so
- Verify citations, doses and facts before you trust them
- Write clear, precise English
- Are 18 or older with a laptop and a reliable connection
You do not need
- A current licence to practise (it helps, but students and graduates are welcome)
- Previous experience training AI
- A CV, cover letter or interview

Common questions
How much will I earn?
Every project pays at least $45 an hour, and some pay more for a licence, a specialist qualification or senior experience. You are paid for the hours you work, so your earnings depend on how much time you choose to put in.
How and when am I paid?
Twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, through the major international payout service you choose when you are hired. Each payout covers the hours approved in the pay period before it.
Do I need to be licensed?
No. Licensed attorneys, physicians, nurses and pharmacists are welcome, and so are law and medical graduates, paralegals, students and health scientists. You tell us your background at the start of the assessment, and it never affects your score.
Can I use AI tools during the assessment?
Only the AI model you are asked to challenge in Section 2. Every answer you write must be your own; submissions that show AI-generated or copied work are declined. You can check facts in reference sources.
What if I do not pass?
You can retake that assessment 6 months after the decision, using the same account, and take the other assessment straight away. Passing either one is enough to be hired.
